Critical: Quality, Value Obviously did the bare minimum for $1000, did not even physically see person but then tried to act like they put in "an extra day" for me. I would avoid this business because they simply do not put in quality work.

He did amazing work, he didn't just sit behind a desk, he is boots on the ground and verified the information. They have very reasonable rates and their investigative staff are seasoned investigators with years of experience in all types of investigations from missing persons, due diligence, counter surveillance to difficult infidelity cases. I hired Jeff and his partner to find my 12 year old daughter who ran away they boasted about the technology they had and how it was cutting edge. I felt very confident about their abilities to find my daughter but was quickly disappointed with the results. An average investigation costs about $50-$100 an hour Jeff charged me almost $1700 without producing any results.

My daughter returned home on her own thankfully but unfortunately I had already paid dearly. I'm a single parent and a disabled veteran so I asked if there could be some adjustment because they barely had my case for a day before my daughter returned and had zero leads, I was brushed off as it was no big deal. Not only do I feel very taken advantage of but have spent a good portion of my emergency funds. If you're missing a child or anyone don't buy into this, their tech isn't worth the cost.

I have serious concerns about professialism and contractual obligations made with firm. To my knowledge they did NOT adhere to business ethical standards within industry norms. I will seek clarification during discovery phase of civil law suites when filed. I am approaching better business bureau and licencing boards to further rectify the situation. Hopefully a positive solution can be meet where both parties are satisfied and the apparent situation may be resolved.

I hired QI to find a missing family member. The Agreement was that he would find an address and verify the status of the family member. QI kept the $2750 and provided me with an unverifiable address that is as useless as a $10 online people search.
