Collectively, I have 20 years of experience in patrol, investigations, SWAT tactics, training, and managerial positions within three different law enforcement agencies. My investigative experiences have presented opportunities to work as a Task Force Officer with the Drug Enforcement Administration.

I needed to serve court documents, and Cape Fear was wonderful. They kept up good communication throughout the process and helped talk me through things in a way I could understand, and when the timing got uncertain, they were friendly and flexible to achieve the goal at the right time, even when the "right time" changed. Also, the job involved a heavy printing burden, and they did a great job keeping receipts and documentation to justify everything on the invoice at the end. Great experience.

Fantastic experience. highly recommend! I own multiple rental properties and needed a process server to serve a lease termination notice after I had to let my property manager go. It was the last day of the month and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it served the same day. Bill not only had it served in under 2 hours, but he was able to communicate with me entirely through emails so I didn't have to miss any meetings in my day job!
I can't say enough good things about him and his team and will absolutely use them in the future! (This actually saved me time and money far beyond what my property manager cost. lesson learned.)

Kelly is a very sweet and friendly person. I was thrilled how quickly she helped me and she has a charming personality. I absolutely recommend her for notary services.
