This has to be the most UNprofessional operation I have ever come across! I began corresponding with this office sometime during the first week of October. The receptionist seemed helpful at first, sending me a request form for me to fill out. Upon completing the request form and attaching a slew of necessary documents, I requested that the background check be completed by the second week in November.
Thinking I would hear back within a week as to the status of the request, I waited. After two weeks I began to call the office. Neither Doris nor Rachel who answered the phone were able to give me any information other than "your request is still being processed." After three phone calls and two more emails sent from me, still nothing! How can your receptionists not have a clue as to what is going on at the office!?!? POOR communication, POOR follow up, POOR customer service skills.
After a three and a half week saga I received a voicemail from one of the "Private Investigators" stating that the firm was not interested in handling my request. I can't say that I wasn't disappointed, but not necessarily because of the denial of request, but mostly because they wasted almost 4 weeks of my life (for a time sensitive matter). I would NEVER recommend this pathetic excuse for a business to anyone if you care about your time and well being.
