Services
A.P.I., Inc. is headed by Paul J. Wood, Sr. who has over 28 years of investigative experience, which includes many years in Law Enforcement. Paul was an undercover detective, investigating the smuggling of narcotics and other major crimes. Paul is a professional interviewer and interrogator, skilled in reading people and developing leads.
When potential clients call, the most important question is; How much does it cost? They are not exact and can certainly can be lower or higher. Every investigation is unique to your situation and can be adjusted accordingly. Our fees are very competitive. That said, we won't lure you in with a low ball deposit and surprise you later with additional cost.
Yours may entail just a quick check to verify if a person is who they say they are or more in depth to verify what you have been told or to take a good look to protect yourself or business. We can do every level starting at $250.00. A background check can be as simple as a quick Name, date of birth and residency check to a full blown background of a person once they became an adult, to determine assets, marriages, divorces, children, criminal and civil history, etc.,

I've used API multiples times for tracking down people for legal business. I tried searching on my own using various web tools, but I was never able to have success on my own. Each time API came back to me within an hour or two with the information I needed. Professionals have access to information that we can't find on our own, so save yourself the time and go straight to API for a quick answer.
