During a Workers Comp investigation, the subject/claimant/injured party is observed from a distance typically a few work days (typically week days) and an occasional; week end. Such a disappointment and a waste of $479.00. I need help with a "gang stalking" situation and unfortunately this business could not deliver the results that I needed in order to present evidence to local law enforcement officials for an arrest. If people in my neighborhood can hear them on a daily basis and the folks who work in the medical office that I occasionally visit when necessary, then why couldn't this agency get any kind of evidence on camera.
I didn't need pictures taken of myself on the Metro or standing at certain locations. I needed pictures of any suspicious individuals or any vehicles that were at the same locations that coincidentally appear at the same times that I am there and so forth. That's real PI work! In addition, I had to view all of the photos in an app (Dropbox) that is not free.
I had to pay for that in order to view the photos that were taken. As far as the customer service, the office manager (Marilyn) was not very pleasant to deal with and spoke to me as if I am some (5) year old child, which was very annoying. Uuummmm, I have two degrees and many certifications within my career area, don't need someone to speak to me as if I'm stupid or not an intelligent person.
Last but not least, they tried to convince me to dish out & pay another $500.00 for another on foot surveillance. As Marilyn or shall I say "the con artist" stated over the phone, "this will be the big one that can really help you with your case". I refused to move forward with it and canceled any future investigations with this agency in the future.
I will be taking my hard earned bucks elsewhere. If they couldn't deliver for the first surveillance, then why would I be a fool to dish out more money for a second one. As you can tell by the unprofessionalism of their response to my review, PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED or CONNED by this joke of an agency. If only reviewers can rate zero stars, this company will be given that. Now, I certainly know how to do the math on my part. Please do not insult my intelligence.

John Lopes is efficient and offers quick, effective solutions to resolving a case. John also has a heart of gold and truly cares about your emotional and mental well being. Mr. Lopes is a very honorable and trustworthy. He is very, very professional and truly cares about meeting the needs of his customers. I respect and appreciates all of the work he has done for me. He is a keeper and I will definitely use him in the future as well as refer him to my friends and family! His staff has been very helpful as well. Marilyn was really nice and patient with me.

Called the Owner John Lopes and he gave me the best advice ever on how to find a bum tenant I used to have that was trying to get out of going to court. John gave me my options, told me how much it would costs, and then he suggested that instead of taking my money to take his advice on how to find her. I took his advice, found my old tenant, and I wanted to let everyone know how professional and honest he was. Thanks John!
