The woman who answers the phone and is there "answering service" is completely rude, would not recommend.

Horrible experience. Didn't get anything i was promised. Jim is too busy catering to the cases he gets from the courts to care about the little guy. Investigator on my case quit and Jim never notified me. I called investigator to find out if they had surveillance on a certain instance and that's when i found out. Jim dodged my calls. Would give negative stars if i could.

JGI is a premiere investigative organization. I've used them for over a decade with fantastic results. If you have what you believe to be an innocent client, it is virtually malpractice to proceed without them, and they should be hired at the earliest possible moment.
