He concluded his career as a decorated detective with 27 commendations including a commendation from the City of Utica, and a proclamation from the New York State Assembly.

Dave Spencer is one of the biggest con artists in the Central NY region. I hired him for a simple job and when evidence was needed, not only did he admit to me that he had NOT started the job yet, he then proceeded to charge me almost my entire retainer. Small claims court took care of everything. I just want to protect my family and friends from getting robbed by this guy.
Absolutely ZERO work ethic, lazy, and very untrustworthy. Dave Spencer should have his licensed revoked. How can you be a private investigator if your word means nothing. Even after Dave Spencer gave his word/signed an agreement to the courts that he would agree to their decision. He is still refusing to pay. What a stand up guy! NEVER TRUST THIS GUY!
