When my daughter went missing I retained the services of Jon and his team at Elite Investigations to find her. From our very first conversation, Jon listened well, sounded experienced and nuanced, and asked good questions. What most impressed me, however, was that he consistently conducted himself with integrity and empathy, leaving me with absolutely no doubt that he was going to operate with my daughter's safety and well-being as his paramount concerns.

He was patient and empathetic throughout the most difficult parts of the process, and reassured me repeatedly, whenever I became despondent, that he would find my daughter - and he did, with discretion and professionalism. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of the agent Brittany who handled my issue. I was in another State and had tried other resources to resolve the problem short of flying out there and attempting to deal with it in person. Britney was communicative and worth the reasonable charge involved and she resolved my problem to my full satisfaction. My only regret? That I didn't think of employing her earlier! Could have saved myself a lot of fretting!

Jon Girard was Amazing with helping my family locate where my niece was. Not even 24 hrs and i had the information i needed. Thank the Lord for these men and women that work for people like us that ate in need and have tries every Avenue and thought they could help but nope John was the only one that really helped me and my family. Please run from this company. I reached out with a genuine concern and question, and Jon was very rude about my situation. Instead of even considering my situation, he belittled me and made me feel like I was wasting his time when I was fully prepared to pay whatever he told me needed to be paid. I thought I would get help only to be made to feel like an idiot for giving a PI a chance. I wouldn't have even given this company one star if that wasn't the minimum.

I met with Jon a few weeks ago, anxious and intimidated about meeting with a private investigator. Jon immediately put my mind at ease. I don't normally write reviews but after my experience with Elite and speaking with Jon, I had to take the time to express my gratitude. My situation was very personal and Jon took the time to listen, sympathize with what I'm going through and at the same time help me in less than 20 min. I have needed Elite's services now twice over a period of 5 years. On both occasions my request was addressed quickly, professionally and thoroughly. on the first case, i was looking for some very sensitive information that was a few months old, and Jon connected me to someone who did indeed find me what i was looking for. it was amazing. on the other case, i had called one other PI in the Bay Area in California, and after one phone conversation, did not respond further to even let me know they wouldn't pursue the case.

I know this would never happen with Jon at Elite. you might not get to the bottom of your case, but you can be sure all avenues have been tried. He keeps you informed through the process. I would not hesitate to call him again.
