My car was just locked inside the parking garage ok Temple Street while I was in the Music Hall. I was told the garage would be open until 11:00. It wasn't, so I called the phone number. Many other people with their own cars were there as well. Security arrived to "help, " but they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We were given directions to get into our vehicles and then scolded us for doing so. As a woman, I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I was yelled at and belittled by the two security officers.

I work close bye and park in this garage. When I leave work for the night let's just say I am very happy to have the FPS guards patrolling for safety reasons (lots of intoxicated bar patrons) who become very abusive towards the guards. On multiple nights I have witnessed this, the guards always remain calm and handle the situations they are dealt professionally! I just would like to say keep up the good work! And ignore drunk negative individuals who got their feelings hurt because they didn't get their own way!

A four year professional relationship with First Protection Services has been very beneficial to my employer. My firsthand interaction with the officers has been pleasant and professional. We receive clear concise reports in a timely manner and have benefitted from the extra layer of protection. I am not the Bob Cole listed with the 1 star, "Don't Bother" comment.

My experience has been quite the opposite. As a matter of fact, after First Protection Services Management read the 1 star "Don't Bother" comment they visited my office to see what they could do to improve my opinion of the company.
