Maxxguard was founded in 1979 by Madison County Constable Frank Lax who was inspired by a vision to create a guard service that was different from those typically found in the security industry.

Put the process servers of Maxxguard to work for you. As soon as we receive your order, we run an address verification report at no additional charge. We then print directions to the most current address and dispatch the order to the first available process server. Finding the most current address before attempting to serve can save days.
