Andy Klamser has over 31 years experience as an investigator. He spent 20 years in law enforcement, the last 8 years supervising investigations. He has handled a wide variety of both civil and criminal cases for law firms, insurance companies, businesses and individuals. He is a graduate of the F.B.I.
20 years law enforcement experience including 8 years supervising investigations. 12 years private sector criminal defense investigation experience, including federal courts and capital case experience. Graduate of the F.B.I. Alaska is a unique state for conducting field investigations; much of the state is rural and accessible only by air.
However well meaning, an inexperienced and untrained investigator can project significant liability to a client. Constantly changing state and federal laws relating to privacy, financial records, medical records, court records, victim's rights, civil court procedure and criminal court procedure are a minefield for inexperienced and untrained investigators.

Mr. Klamser made three attempts to serve a summons locally in Homer. Each time the defendant was home and Mr. Klamser was unable to serve him. This took Mr Klamser three weeks, during which he was completely unresponsive. Without contacting me, he decided he was finished and mailed the paperwork back to me. After I was able to contact him, he told me he was old friends with the defendant. Employing Mr. Klamser was a complete waste of time and energy.
