I really did my research before reaching out to this firm. I called in on a Saturday, during open hours, and left a voice message for a return phone call. Never ever heard back! They're really good at sending lots of emails but can't return a phone call to save their lives. Oh, but they emailed me saying that they called but that they don't leave messages. Nobody called! Glad I found out before we got invested. Horrible.

I was looking for any information on my birth father but because of technology Kristen couldn't find any information because we didn't have the internet back in the 1970-1980's. Kristen did just want she said she would do. She did the research but it came up short. My experience was great with her. I appreciated the afford she put in and willuse her if I need to again.
