The Liar Catchers Investigator acts as an agent of the customers whom hired him/her. Together with the possible help of the detective of the local police department who handled the case, the Liar Catcher Investigator will make the initial contact with the victim and/or family. At this meeting, the Liar Catchers Investigator will address any problems that the victim and/or family may bring up as well as any emotional responses the victim and/or family may have to the renewed activity on their case. The Liar Catchers Investigator will be available to answer questions and concerns and speak to the experiences that the victim and/or family may have. It is also during these talks that the Liar Catchers Investigator will give the victim and/or family specific referrals to deal with any issues that may come up during the investigation. The Liar Catchers Specialist, at the request of the victim and/or family, can be present during photo line-ups to address the reactions and emotions that the victim and/or family may experience.

They got the job done, but it was not done efficiently. It definitely seemed as though this was done to increase the fees that I owed. For example, I was given a quote of $150 to knock on a door, but the PI went to the house and took pictures, went back and talked to one neighbor, went back and talked to another neighbor, and went back to knock on the door. So it cost $300 instead of doing it in one trip for $150. I gave them 3 stars because they did do the work and it gave me great peace of mind.

I had previous dealings with Liarcatchers before (Yelp!) & also posted to Yahoo, and once again, they lived up to their reputation: very professional, courteous and faster-than-fast action with results, they seem equally comfortable handling smaller and more involved, larger cases with the same esprit d' corp and goal - which is to give excellent results while maintaining sensitivity and personal support to their client.
They also take the time to discuss inquiries and questions by clients without the pushiness or monetary grubbiness of quite a few supposed 'top rated' investigative firms. Worth giving them a call and see what they can do to help you!

I did not feel intimidated speaking about our situation with the people at Liar Catchers. The report we received gave information beyond our wildest dreams.
