About us

Passmore and Associates was opened in 2001. We are owned and run by Mr. Frank C. Passmore, a licensed private investigator with the State of California, PI License# 22420. Mr. Passmore is a retired police officer with more than 20 years experience in law enforcement. He and his associates have an array of knowledge and experience that allows them to be the leaders in investigative services. In some cases we utilize both male and female investigators allowing us to conduct investigations under difficult conditions. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. In addition, we serve the San Francisco Bay area and surrounding areas.
