As you can see Detective Kenneth Mains has done it all! He served in Law Enforcement and the United States Marine Corps for a combined 20 years. During those two decades of service he has learned -- above all else -- that integrity and honesty are what the public deserves. He believes in transparency.
Ted Bundy is the most "celebrated" serial killer in the United States. In fact, he may have very well started the term serial killing. Between 1974 and 1977 he murdered at least 30 women. What made him kill and what can we learn from him and his victims? How did this charismatic, good looking, seemingly normal man devolve into a perfect killing machine?
Kenneth Mains has devoted years of his life on Gail and Tamara's case, two women he had never even met. His dedication, compassion and bulldog determination is something I will always remember about him. He wasn't afraid to ruffle feathers to get the job done either. I have seen him stand up against District Attorneys and other law enforcement officials when he felt it was necessary. He always stood up for our family, even when it meant he would be reprimanded. I still see the same drive and passion in him now ten years later.

Our CEO, Kenneth Mains served in Law Enforcement and the United States Marine Corps for a combined 20 years. After being Honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 1996, Mains put himself through College and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Lock Haven University. From there he became a patrol cop with the Williamsport Bureau of Police, Undercover Narcotics Agent for the Lycoming County Drug Task Force, Task Force Officer for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Lycoming County Detective and finally the Supervisor of the Lycoming County Pennsylvania Narcotics Unit.
If that wasn't enough, in 2013, Mains established the world renown, non-profit organization the American Investigative Society of Cold Cases (AISOCC) to assist law enforcement with their missing persons and unsolved homicides.
