My experience with the Dallas office was AMAZING! Bobby is empathetic, fast, and efficient. He responded to phone calls and texts immediately, day and night. I was nervous going into this because I had a bad experience in the past with an investigator, however, there was no need because Bobby and his team are great.

What a great experience! Called to see if we could get assistance locating my dads brother. I placed the call on a Friday afternoon and in less than 24 hours received a call back with the good news. They were able to locate my dads brother as well as mediate a future meet and greet. Great company with great results!

My husband and I utilized this company at the last minute when our primary PI was out of town and we needed immediate surveillance unexpectedly. They were the only company out of the 8 we called that picked up the phone after normal business hours. They were reasonably priced and flexible, and had an investigator assigned and sent out within about an hour.

If you have a child custody case we highly recommend Sara! She went above and beyond and was very detail oriented. She truly is passionate about these sorts of cases and will get the job done.
