Macks Pickett Investigative Services is the ultimate for investigations. Macks has done several investigations for me and I have been nothing but extremely pleased.

Save your money and look elsewhere. Very unprofessional. I thought he seemed like the nicest guy until I had to continuously ask for an invoice to see where the $2,500 I paid upfront/in full had gone. I was told he couldn't find an invoice so he sent me an Excel sheet. I also received 2 copies of each printouts plus an insurance ad. There was extensive time/money put into information that I had already personally supplied and that was not necessary. Intel that I had specifically requested was not even addressed.

When I voiced my concerns I received an email, three weeks ago, saying he was going to refund part of my payment and I still have not received a dime nor a response. I believe he took advantage of the fact that I was grieving for my son that I had just buried. Mr. Pickett can try to portray that I'm upset about the outcome, but I have the emails showing exactly what our correspondence involved.
