Public Interest Investigations, (PII) was founded in 1984 by Keith Rohman, a licensed investigator with extensive experience conducting civil and criminal investigations in the United States and internationally. Over the years, PII has become the go-to source of law firms, corporations, and governmental entities seeking to uncover and understand the truth.
Keith Rohman, president and founder of PII, is a recognized expert in all aspects of workplace investigations. Over the past 35 years, the firm's clients have included prominent public- and private-sector employers who have turned to PII to investigate significant problems with board members, staff, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Barbara Dalton is PII's Vice President and Managing Partner. As Managing Partner, she oversees the firm's day-to-day operations and the work of investigators and other staff. Dalton also specializes in conducting third-party investigations into allegations of employment discrimination based on race, gender, disability, age, religion, and sexual orientation.
Christina Dalton is an attorney with extensive experience conducting workplace investigations into allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation for governmental entities and private-sector employers. She has received specialized training each year in Title IX investigation and has conducted investigations of student complaints of sexual assault and dating violence.
