I recently engaged Atlas investigations to help me with a personal situation and I can't speak highly enough of Frank and his team. Frank has incredible follow-up, he is professional, discreet and also very kind. This was a difficult situation and I appreciated Frank's sensitivity. Frank Estrella is truly a star. I needed info for a civil rights lawsuit and he found what I had spent months on trying to find INSTANTLY. Not only that, hey, we're in the bay area so I assumed it would cost a fortune. Not at all- he did the work for a very low, unbelievable fee. I called Atlas after our home was burglarized and I wanted to find fingerprints. The police did not seem to care to get any. The burglar had opened over 15 drawers as well as the closet cabinets but the police only tried to find fingerprints on one drawer. They said they found no fingerprints. Hello, we use the drawers so some fingerprints have to be there.

I called Atlas to see if they can come to find fingerprints. They were patient and explained that it will not lead to anything and the police simply will not do anything for an incident like ours. They also informed me that any fingerprints they would find would not be accepted by the police. Though clearly there was no business for them, they took the time to speak with me, educate me and even said they were sorry it had happened to me. I appreciated they were taking the time when they could just end the conversation and move on or even worse charge me for fingerprints that would prove useless.

Went into their creepy office, met with an extremely uncaring & unsympathetic gentleman. They charged me $225 to do a background check on 2 people. I got more information off these people from the internet & paid $30 each report. Then they charged me an additional $90, for literally ZERO information. I wouldn't use them for ANY services in the future & suggest you keep searching too. these guys are basically out for $$ and not to help you.

I have been using Atlas Investigations for prospective employee back ground checks since 2012 and have been very pleased with the results.
