Excellent service, and will absolutely continue a relationship with Phenix Investigations for as long as I may need them! Would recommend their services to everyone!

I paid Phenix 5k as I was told they would find and contact the suspect about my stolen property. They basically just did Google searches for the suspect's social media pages. They were also not responsive and I left feeling extremely ripped off. When attempting to have their work and invoice explained to me I was offered a discount for my bill if I gave a 5 star review which I couldn't agree too. In my opinion - stay away!

Be honest with you really would like to explore my investigator try and get some more detail/info.

I had a terrible experience with Phenix. I contacted them after my son's death to help discover any assets that he may have had. They sent a sample report that I would receive. I also sent them the existing information I already had. They were unable to provide any relevant information like what was in the sample report but didn't tell me ahead of time that because he was deceased they would be unable to get any information. Additionally, some of the very limited information provided was incorrect.

For example they indicated that one of his accounts was closed (that I had sent them the info on) and I am actually able to access it so it obviously isn't closed. I tried to work with them for a refund since they did not provide information like the sample report they sent to me, but they were unwilling to accept responsibility.

PHENIX Investigations recently handled a large set of complex files for my bank client. They were professional, efficient, and most importantly effective. They located tens of thousands of dollars in recoverable assets. I will use PHENIX for all my asset search needs and have already recommended them to my partners and other lawyers.

I needed some investigation work and contacted Phenix. We had a contractor skip out on a deposit and the company tracked him down and we were able to sue him for our deposit back. I would definitely utilize services in the future. Thanks
