Services
Claude E. Lavaron III, CLI, became a Florida Licensed Private Investigator (Florida License # A 00037) in 1974 and founded EX-CEL INVESTIGATIONS in 1977. Mr. Lavaron is a former Florida Highway Patrol Trooper, and very active in the day to day operations of the agency. In 2007 and for the next 10 years, Mr. Lavaron began participating in the local Elementary Schools, in Pinellas County School System's, Great American Teach-In and would spend most of the day in the class room introducing the students to the Private Investigative Industry, they especially enjoyed the covert under-cover cameras as well as some of the special equipment we were able to demonstrations.
It should be noted that the below articles appeared in two local new papers, with assistance and consent of the Rigsby family. Likewise I was given permission and authority to post this information from the Rigsby family. The woman's death was ruled a suicide, but her parents are suing the husband and his mother.
We serve process in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco County, Florida Our rates are based upon the amount of time we have to serve the process. We do not charge mileage and there are no extra fees. It is worthy to note that several years ago, some Sheriff Agencies, elected to no longer serve Non-Enforceable Process.
