*Not fit for purpose and unresponsive*. Andrew installed a brand new intercom system at our residence at the start of the year. The system broke down after several months. Despite our repeated efforts to reach Andrew via email and voice messages, Andrew has refused to respond to our service request. Very disappointing level of professionalism.

We went to Palm Beach Security to find a full security solution for our home. The recommendation was practical and affordable. The installation simply blew us away. We now have a bullet proof system that gives us peace of mind when inside of and away from home. Whats more is that we now have a smarter home with an upgraded network and powerful security settings we can easily configure from our phone app. We will be engaging Palm Beach Security again for our next smart home project.
