Service can be handled for you from Florida to Alaska and anywhere in between. In addition to service of process, we support your legal staff by sending our staff to the courts for Document Retrievals and Court Filings (where not done electronically). Our highly skilled Skip Tracing staff works diligently to locate individuals using public records and numerous databases (fee applies) in an attempt to effect service.

Process serving is an important aspect of the Due Process of Law to insure notification. Process serving laws and rules of civil procedure vary from state to state.
