A comprehensive search in all applicable jurisdictions for federal Criminal history convictions and indictments, within the past seven/ten years or as applicable for the respective client.Since most courts do not report criminal history to national databases online, extensive manual research in those jurisdictions is conducted.

Process Servers Beware! Iwas contacted by Davis to serve 2 Documents, I had no problem with serving and getting paid for 1. The other turned into a 106, successful sub serve, for witch I'm still waiting to be paid for. Invoice 30 days late. I am writing this to warn fellow process servers to proceed with caution when accepting any work from Mr. Davis.
