Amy joined The McDowell Agency, Inc. in 1998 as an Accountant. Amy was promoted to Controller in 2013. In 2019 she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Amy's responsibilities include the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Our average turnaround time for processing criminal background check requests is less than 48 hours. As our client, you will be assigned an account representative who knows and understands the industry. All of our account representatives are licensed private investigators with degrees in Criminal Justice or Criminology.
Provide the applicant with a clear and conspicuous disclosure that a report may be requested. This must be provided in a separate document that does not refer to other subjects. Before obtaining a consumer report, the employer must provide certification to the consumer reporting agency retained (The McDowell Agency, Inc.) to produce the report.

I have to say I had a great experience working with the McDowell Agency. I have used them for background screenings on applicants for my rental property and the entire experience was easy and painless. Turnaround was quick, the reports were thorough and the price was fair. Could not of had a better experience.
