Richard Settle founded the agency in 2000, after working as the senior investigator and manager for a global corporation. We are a full-service agency, offering investigative services in a variety of areas. We utilize only professional, highly skilled investigators, many of whom provide service in highly specialized fields, such as polygraph examinations and hidden camera placement. RS Investigations is the best agency I have dealt with. I was amazed at the attention I received and the availability of the owner, Rick Settle, to be available at all times of the day. He operates a small agency, which in my opinion is much better than dealing with the larger companies who seem to employ just about anyone. My case was handled timely and was completed under budget.
