Supposedly a 7 day window on my background check. It's now day eleven. Every time I call it's the same thing. These people do not do their jobs adequately by any means whatsoever. I've had to tell them four times now that the school i went to is currently closed. They don't listen, obviously, because every time I call, they tell me they cant get in contact with the school. Well. obviously. Because they're closed. Like I keep telling you. Any company who uses ebi for a background check is a joke.

I am waiting for my international background investigation, . I sent a copy from all my schools and phone number to contact them. I wondering how long will it takes! My last day of me current employer will be Friday. After read all these reviews here I am really worry about it! I suppose to starting the new job on September 23.
