Quintana helped me get through the worst time of my life. I was in an abusive relationship for 5 years and I finally had the courage to leave with my kids. It was difficult because my husband didn't allow me to have any friends and I became isolated from my family. I didn't want my young kids to think that abuse was acceptable.
