I called this agency when we needed a Summons served on a mom regarding a case in our county. They had good reviews, so I gave them a call. Big bonus in my book: they answered the call immediately. If a business goes to voicemail, I move on. Brian was very professional yet friendly. We talked for awhile and I sent him my info. He then kept in touch and told me how the job was proceeding.

I sincerely appreciated his help, suggestions and honesty. When the job was over, he emailed the Return and bill to our office at my request. I would hire this company again without a doubt!

We did not have a good experience with this group. We used Their office in Washington. We also wanted to find information on a family member. We provided all the documentation and asked them to follow through and find more information. We paid a hefty deposit and were told that it was unlikely that it would all be used. After the deadline for the report passed, we had to contact them for the report.

When we got the report it was a simple credit check, they said nothing could be found, and some names were incorrect. The final bill used the entire deposit. That was the most expensive credit check we have ever paid for. We contacted them and the BBB. Both were useless. This agency simply said they were highly experience and knew what they were doing. Useless, expensive and horrible customer service. If you decide to use them double check the agreement and be cautious of the amount of the deposit without clear outcomes.
