In 1993, it was moved back to Portland, Oregon where Donna Snelling was educated, arming 15 years of licensed experience. Today, we are Snelling Private Investigators & Background Services, LLC. Donna Snelling is our founder and the director.

I enlisted Snelling Private Investigators' services because I was dealing with a very unscrupulous contractor business. There is a long list of other clients that this business ripped off besides me. They gave me all that I needed, including court records, and found the owner who has moved. They are professional, comprehensive and quick with results.
I would definitely recommend their services and I would use them again should the need arise. It could have saved us a lot of money had I contacted them first about this business before doing business with them. Always know who you are doing business with!
