The initiated phone call, Lloyd Rash was very polite, professional, and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. I had never hired an investigator before, and didn't know what I was supposed to do, so I had a lot of inquiries. I had made 2 previous calls to 2 other agencies and was ready to give up as they sounded like I wasn't worth the time or trouble to talk to, let alone meet with me.
Mr Rash was very sensitive and responsive to my problem, and again, spent his time explaining different procedures of his agency. He had a very positive attitude and listened intently both on the phone and during our couple of meetings. He never made me feel silly or ignorant. I was really impressed how fast he furnished me his results, paperwork, videos, etc. The evidence he provided was very helpful in my case. This company was great. Lloyd Rash was super professional and at the same time down to earth. He definitely knows the ins and outs and the rights and wrongs. With the information that Lloyd provided and worked on getting saved me thousands of dollars. Great guy, Great company and I hope they stick around.
