My name is Jack! Dwayne ( NOT Jane) suggested that I submit a REVIEW for PINPOINT INVESTIGATIONS & SECURITY CORP. of my experience. WELL. LET ME THINK.UHM. OK. To be quite honest, Dwayne Dalton is a 27 yrs (IN JANUARY 2022) will be 28 yr veteran in teaching 8HR PRE, 8HR ANNUAL & 16 HR SECURITY COURSES in which ALL SECURITY GUARDS ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN IN ORDER TO ACQUIRE THE NEW YORK STATE LICENSING. Therefore, Pinpoint IS HIGHLY, DECORATIVELY RECOMMENDED ONLY IF YOU ARE QUALITY.

Chris is the owner and he is very great person to deal and very helpful if you have any issues. I really enjoyed this security class especially the instructor Dwayne. He is very informative and helps the class understand everything about security gaurd plus he added additional information that was very useful involving the Fire Gaurd and Fire Director positions. Looking forward to receiving my renewed card and will look into taking the additional classes to further my future opportunities. Thank you Pinpoint!

I took the 8 hour course with them and I was very impressed with the degree of professionalism and care they provided for every student in attendance. This is the worst security company I ever applied for. The owner was very rude and when I went for a interview at a school. They told me to be on time and dress neat. They were only 4 guards that came in for the job. Only 3 were there when the interview started. And this guy comes in which was also getting interviewed looking like shit unprofessional and was 10 mins late and he got that job and I was the one that they were gonna call if they need me. wtf!

I thought being on time and dressing professional suppose to be part of the interview? I'm never late for anything and I didn't get the job. This company is unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody who does security if they gonna hire people who are lazy unprofessional and comes late. I hope you enjoy your lazy a** guards.

Attended a NYS mandated training course at their facility. Area has parking, just have to look for one. Not difficult. The office and Classroom is a nice size and clean. The office is ADA compliant. The staff is polite and professional. The Instructor. Dwayne. He is very polite.very knowledgeable. very thorough.very professional. And willing to help you with any situation you have.

It was a pleasure to meet his acquaintance. I highly recommend this company for all your security and other licensing training you may need to excel in your career. 1 star was removed due to the chairs. LOL bit rough sitting their.

Had to come here for back ground check, finger print data base verification and in general new hire in depth check for new employment. I went to the New Dorp location but was told the actual location for services was 2838 Hylan Blvd- that's where they send you. 1. Hard to find- even though I used WAZE & Google maps- getting there from home wasn't hard, it was trying to locate the actual business itself. Had to call twice. 2. It's located in a kinda of non-descriptive building & parking is limited. Driveway "IN" on one side of the building and driveway "OUT" is around the building to the back side- that is shared with a kitchen contract company- that has trucks that block the exit.

But they were nice and moved the trucks so I could leave. 3. Parking is really limited in space, so you may have to park on the street. 4. My appointment was at 1 pm- I arrived 10 min early and the office was closed- and the staff was late getting back from lunch to open the office- so myself and 8 other people, stood in a general public atrium- until they opened the door of the waiting area inside the suite.

After that, the staff was all business, efficient no nonsense. I highly suggest that you better have everything you are told to bring with you. There is no talking yourself into having the process done, if you don't have what they tell you to bring. They do not mess around here. If you need an extensive background check on someone- this is the company to use. I give 4 stars based on the service I needed.
