After our conversation, I sent an email with the details of my need for services from Rick Johnson and Associates. My initial contact was a Friday, I sent the email Sunday evening, received a confirmation call Monday Morning before 10am and by Monday afternoon around 5 pm I was contacted by Ryan Zahn, one of the Associate PIs, with the information I was seeking. I contacted Rick Johnson and Associates late at night from out of state with a request for surveillance the next day. Rick worked his magic on such short notice and set me up with Shannon. Shannon called me a few hours later to consult and prepare for the next day's surveillance. As soon as I heard her voice, I immediately felt a sense of comfort and relief.

By morning, Shannon had provided me with all of the information I was looking for through her surveillance. She continued surveillance throughout the day, kept me updated and answered all of my phone calls. Shannon stopped surveillance that night per my request and returned the next day early in the morning. I received a report with pictures and other important information. Rick and Shannon were patient, extremely kind and efficient during this very stressful time.

I contacted Rick by phone, left a message on a weekend. He returned my call the next day. After explaining to him what my problem was, he offered to help me right away. He made suggestions on things I could work on to gather some information. I then sent the information to him, again on a weekend. By Sunday he was contacting me with answers to my questions, and advice on what I could do. My sincere thanks for helping me with this issue. I honestly didn't know what to do or where to start. I do not write reviews often but felt compelled to let people know how great Rick is. It can be scary and intimidating to even find yourself in a position to hire a private investigator. Making that initial call was difficult but from the first moment on the phone I felt comfortable being honest with my situation. Rick spent a lot of time on that initial call, I never felt rushed and he gave me a LOT of valuable information before I even hired him. That is someone true to their trade and willingness to help people. Do not stress over your own personal situation anymore, CALL RICK!

I called his office and. Rick answered the phone. I told him I was shocked that I didn't get a receptionist and the a return call in a day or two. So, I was impressed with that. I presented my situation at hand. He asked many questions and gathered a great deal of information. He in return gave me options and a lot to ponder. This gave me the ability to make a good decision as to how to handle my situation.

We spoke for 40 or so minutes.who gives that kind of time. As many others have written Rick is very knowledgeable and straightforward BUT also caring and empathetic. Good choice AND thank you!

Rick was beyond professional and had a great bedside manor. He was compassionate and honest. I knew that Rick truly had mine and my sons best interest at hand. He listened to me and then he took what little information I had and started digging immediately. I also was impressed that Rick had so many other things yet he always called me back and sometimes he would even take a minute to make sure that I was okay.

I can also say that for how great he is at his work, and how many cases he has going at the same time, he always made time for me to catch up. I would recommend Rick Johnson to anyone. He is very detail oriented and picks up on things that the every day person does not. It has also been my knowledge if you find an investigator, they want so much money down and then you sill owe even more. Rick has not made me feel like this case was about money at all.

Rick was amazing. He reached out to me right away and listened to my situation and within the first 15 minutes uncovered things that had not been thought of in over a month by others. He asked very good questions about my situation and guided me towards some solutions as well as fantastic advice. He did not just tell me what I wanted to hear and try to take my money.

He was clear about what I needed, did not need and what is possible and what is not possible. I would highly recommend working with him. I spoke to Rick on a second occasion and again he was knowledgeable, thoughtful and answered my questions and gave me different insight into my issue. Hopefully I will never need another private investigator in my lifetime but if I ever did, I would go to him immediately and also would recommend him to anyone I knew.
