We hired SSU for what we believed would be a very easy service of process, but an uncooperative defendant made it much more difficult than we could have imagined. Tom stuck with it though and went out of his way to be sure we got the defendant served, and even got it all on video. I really appreciate the perseverance and recommend SSU to anyone who needs a process server.
